REFUND POLICY - If you are not satisfied with the service you received and would like a refund within 10 days from the date you made the payment, you will be issued a full refund for your lesson or other service. You will not be able to book another lesson with the same instructor once a refund is requested.
CANCELLATION - Stack English provides a fair cancellation policy for clients learning through our program. You can cancel any lesson for a full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the lesson start. If cancelling within 24 hours of the lesson, no refund will be given.
CUSTOMER CARE - Stack English will make every effort to respond to your queries and feedback as quickly as possible. Please submit any requests by using our 'Contact' page.
USE OF SITE - You may use or download material displayed on this website for noncommercial, personal use only. You must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the materials contained in the website.
