In the top menu, click on "Book A Lesson". Click on the lesson you would like to book. Then click on "Book This Lesson" on the lesson details page. Follow the steps using our easy booking wizard to choose a date and time. Fill in your information to complete your booking. That's it! Your trainer will send you a Zoom meeting link the day before the scheduled lesson date and time.

We are currently teaching lessons using Zoom. You must download and signup for Zoom prior to booking a lesson. Zoom meetings are free and the audio quality is excellent.
No, you just have to meet Zoom's connection requirements. Your internet connection needs to be good enough for you to take a lesson without quality issues and interruptions.

Conducting lessons using only audio is highly effective in many cases and can greatly improve the quality of the lesson. There are trainers and clients who are extremely productive using only audio while others are more productive using video and audio. We need to give each side of the learning relationship the opportunity to do their best.
All of our trainers are required to have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, a 120 hour TEFL certification and at least 2 years of teaching adults. Additionally, technical trainers must also have at least 5 years working in the Information Technology industry in a technical role.
Our Technical and Business English lessons are $100 per 50 minute lesson.
Our Technical and Business Spaced Repetition Conversation lessons are $80 per 25 minute lesson.
The minimum participation required for an effective lesson is 20 minutes. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your lesson, the trainer will mark the lesson as cancelled and it will be treated as a late cancellation. No refund will be issued. We are unable to extend your lesson time based on when you arrive as our trainers may have another client scheduled right after your lesson.
If you cancel your lesson up to 24 hours before the start time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your lesson within 24 hours of the start time, no refund will be issued. This policy is to ensure we are able to offer the time slot to another client.
All of our lessons are custom lessons! During your initial assessment, your English trainer will ask you some important questions so they can create an individualized learning plan for you. So each lesson you book with us will contain lesson material that will help you reach your learning goals.
No. Our Technical and Business English lessons are for adults. We also do not offer standard lessons that are less than 50 minutes which is not suitable for children and teens. If you book a lesson for a child or teen, the lesson will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
First, please take advantage of our 50 minute English assessment service so we can determine if you meet our minimum language requirements. Most likely, if you are just learning the basics of English, our lessons will not be a good fit for you until you reach an intermediate level.
It is possible that your trainer will have the ability to speak another language. However, our lessons are conducted entirely in English. This is a very effective method which will offer immediate results for you.
